Holy Friend, There's not enough time in the world to be everyone's best friend. I need the ability to see the little, simple ways I can reach out to the familiar people I am doing life with. Help me notice when someone needs a kind or caring word. Stop me when I'm tempted to ignore others or take them for granted. Make me a friend. Amen
